  • Anyone who knowingly refuses to provide a document when asked to do so by the Inspector in accordance with this Act, and prevents the Inspector from acting in accordance with their duty under the Act, will be punished with three months in jail, a fine that can reach up to Rs. 1,000, or both.

  • Applicant's age should be between 18 to 60 years old.
  • The employee must have worked 90 days, in the previous 12 months.
