However, industries falling under the Red and Orange categories are only required to obtain the Consent to Establish, because industries under the White category produce less pollution. Though, white category industries are required to submit an undertaking to DPCC online and should send the signed replica of the undertaking to DPCC within 30 days.
If we talk about industries or projects under the Green category list, then these industries are exempted from obtaining the Consent of Management and also are not required to obtain CTE.
